Welcome to Homemetrics, where your peace of mind is our top priority. I am Ryan Johnstone, a certified inspector with the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI) and hold a Red Seal Endorsement in carpentry. With over 25 years of invaluable experience in both new home construction and renovations, from custom homes, restorations on century houses to building homes for a non-profit organization. I bring a wealth of knowledge to every inspection.
Rest assured, your home inspection is conducted by a professional who adheres to the highest standards set by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. I believe in giving back to the community and will donate every hundredth inspection fee to a local registered non-profit or charity of your choice.

While Homemetrics Inspection Services Inc. encourages our clients to walk through the home with us, we understand that you may be too busy, and may not have time to do so.
Regardless of whether or not you attend the inspection, we will compile a comprehensive Spectora report, which includes all of the information you need to determine the condition of the home.
We will deliver our report within 24-48 hours of the conclusion of your home inspection, so that you can quickly access a full overview of our findings – and discuss them with us and your agent.
